I just printed your how to raise money info and am very interested
to learn how you have attained 31% retail sales at your salon. I am
always trying ways to motivate retail sales and feel like my team
is growing but we struggle to maintain 20% retail. I have a 3500s.f.
salon with 19 team members. Our annual income is just over the 1 million
dollar level. I appreciate your input on the list and feel like you
are a wealth of information. Any information you can share with me

addition to a copy of THE letter you sent out, what software are you
running that allows billing? (do you find it a headache sending out
invoices? ... collection problems?) Also, what appt book software
do you have?

I like to think I have a lot
of energy but you have me beat hands down. Your ideas are great. I

I'm really impressed with your sales figures & also your commission
scale We have retail classes on a regular basis, but have a hard time
doing anything close to your %'s. Some of my staff have real problems
with all the classes & continuous discussions about retail. I'm
really working with the younger ones to break the low % totals. When
we realized the rent increase, we talked about increasing the amounts
significantly & how that could effect our bottom line. Seems to
fall on deaf ears. If you have any good videos or any reading material
suggestions for staff I'd love to hear about them. Have heard about
beat the week promos. Am looking for retailers in the area to work
in conjunction with.
